Deborah Karfs wrote <I adopted Lolo from Akita Rescue Mid-Atlantic Coast (ARMAC) when she was about 13 weeks old. Lolo just turned two in January. Carla Boyd fostered Lolo and her four siblings. Today Team Lolo accomplished its very first EVER dog sport anything. BOTH of us are complete novices at all things dog sports. We passed the NACSW Odor Recognition Test for Birch. Lolo was extremely distracted during the test but we ultimately prevailed. Very happy to join the ranks of all the other great Akitas participating in performance events.
Shingen never has to worry about stupid boxes again!!!

All hail the conquering warlord, Shingen-sama! Today he defeated the evil Elite Container course and took home two 3rd place finishes and his Elite Container title. Now he wants his sushi and two geisha oiled and brought to his chambers.
